How we handle your information

Who we are

Workday Wags LLC ("Workday Wags", "we", "us") provides dog walking, cat visits, and in-home pet care in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This policy explains what information we collect through workdaywags.com and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to wagmore@workdaywags.com.

What we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, details about your pets, and your message.
• Booking: when you schedule a meet and greet through our Google Calendar booking page, Google collects the details that page asks for and shares the appointment with us.
• Service details: once you become a client, the information we need to care for your pet, such as your address, building access instructions, emergency contacts, veterinary details, and your pet's health, routine, and behavior notes.
• Messages: anything you send us by call, text, or email.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, for example which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects your device type, browser, approximate location, and the pages you visit. We do not use it to identify you by name.
• Hosting and security logs: our site runs on Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and request data to serve the site and block abuse.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule a meet and greet.
• To provide, schedule, and bill our pet care services, and to reach you or your emergency contact during a visit.
• To send you service updates, such as visit photos and notes.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To keep the site secure and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email lists.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the business, and only for that purpose:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and processes form submissions.
• Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Google provides our email, calendar booking, and analytics.
• Payment processors handle payment details directly; we never see or store your full card number.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect the safety of a person or animal.

Cookies and analytics choices

The only cookies on this site come from Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt out browser add on. The site works normally without cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as we have a relationship with you and as needed for records, tax, and legal purposes afterward. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email wagmore@workdaywags.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our services and site are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

We link to Google, Rover, and other third party sites. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
